i was super excited! the staff was so amazing, and i even got free vouchers for drinks, what a lovely surprise! the room was super clean, i loved that. the bed was really comfy, i slept like a baby.
i had a very slight issue. there were no coffee cups in the room even with a coffee machine provided. i think it would be very easy to provide cups for the guests.

The room was very spacious given the price, i loved this! a sink, fridge and kettle were inside. it also has a kitchen on each floor. This is great for people who like to cook while traveling.

the walk to the metro station was quite short, about ten minutes, and , made the location very convenient, i think. the closest metro station serves three metro lines, so transport was very frequent!

I appreciated the well-appointed hotel with good facilities. The bed was comfortable and the shower room was very good. I was happy with the fridge and coffee machine including coffee pods. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I also hired bikes, and the staff explained the Dutch Fiersknoop system to me.
The on-site laundry was easy to use, but soap vending would be a nice addition I think.

i found the room really spacious! access to the city center was easy by subway, taking only about 20 minutes with no transfers. it was really convenient to have a tea and coffee machine right in the room! the free drink upon arrival was welcome.
The walk to the nearest metro station took around 10 minutes. It was a bit of a distance.

my stay included a comfortable bed. the room was spacious. staff were friendly upon check-in and check-out. i received a drink voucher for the cafe, a nice touch.
the location felt quite remote. there were no stores or restaurants within a 10-15 minute radius. the only option was to eat in the hotel. the surrounding neighborhood felt depressing, with ongoing building work.
